Does the smell of the property affect the viewers? This is a weird question to ask but does it really? 

I mean freshly baked bread or coffee was in the old days.

The smell of the house will have a major effect on viewers as they would like a nice aroma when they enter the house that they are viewing. You wouldn't want your house to smell bad whilst people are trying to buy it.
